How It Works

We like to keep things as simple as possible for all of our retail customers.  We know what a pain in the butt it is to have to register to a website just to view certain items or prices.  So at Skinfitnesstherapy.com we do not subject our customers to jump through hoops to get information, unless they choose to. The option is yours, If you do decide to register you will be able to keep track of all of your past orders.  Make sure to register to our email list to take advantage of our weekly specials and to be the first to get notified when new items hit our website.

HOW TO ORDER

We want to make this process as easy as possible for our customers.  We limit our online purchases purchases to $2,500 via credit card payments and Paypal for customers within the United States.  We do not accept credit card or Paypal payments for international orders.  Even though online payments are accepted within the United States additional paperwork may be required for your order to be processed.  

A credit card authorization form along with a photocopy of the credit card being used and a photo ID may be required.  Skinfitnesstherapy.com reserves the right to decline any credit card or Paypal payments it deems fit.  Customers paying with Paypal will only be allowed to ship orders to VERIFIED Paypal address listed on their account.  We also reserve the right to not ship orders to freight forwarders when paying with a card.

Due to recent high levels of credit card fraud we have been forced to enforce the above procedures to lessen our liability.

We also accept payments via Bank Wire, Bank Transfers & Zelle for customers that are unable to pay via credit card or Paypal. 

Any retail customer within the state of Florida will incur a 6% sales tax on all orders.

Wholesale & Pro Customers are encouraged to submit a reseller's certificate to avoid paying taxes on their orders.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours during our regular business hours Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm via UPS.com or USPS.com

We offer free shipping on retail orders over $250 & $600 for wholesale orders within the United States and Puerto Rico. Conditions and restrictions may apply.

All retail orders ship with a flat rate of $9.95.

All wholesale & pro orders ship with a flat rate of $14.95

We limit our online purchases to $2,500 USD.  All credit card and PayPal purchases may require a credit card authorization form and a copy of a photo I.D. along with a copy of the credit card being used prior to your order being shipped. 

If this is the case we will email you a link to our online credit card authorization form. This form is encrypted and 100% secure.

If you prefer not to fill out the form you are more than welcome to pay for yourorder cvia bank wire/ transfer or payment via Zelle (Zelle payments can only be received from personal bank accounts).  

Skinfitnesstherapy.com reserves the right to cancel any credit card purchase that it deems fit.  Unfortunately due to recent high credit card fraud we are very cautious with all credit card & PayPal payments.

All PayPal orders will only be shipped to verified addresses.

After payment has been received orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

PAYMENT

Check and PayPal eChecks payments are accepted but your order will only ship after your payment clears.  Checks can take between 7-10 business days to fully clear our account.

POLICIES

• Only authorized returns will be accepted on a replacement or credit basis

• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders

• No returns will be accepted after 30 days

• Due to the fact that we use natural ingredients, color and consistency may vary

• Products are in jars by weight, not volume (The density of the product makes the fills vary)

• All returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 fee

SHIPPING METHODS

We use UPS.com along with USPS.com for shipping. All orders are insured for the full value of the purchase and tracking information is provided. Flat rate shipping for retail orders is $9.95 and $14.95 for wholesale orders.

International Shipping Costs:

Please note that our International shipping quotes DO NOT include any customs clearance fees or taxes.  It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay all customs fees and taxes that may be charged in your country. Skinfitnesstherapy.com is not a freight forwarder or shipper and we are unable to quote you on any customs fees that you may be assessed.

Please contact your local customs office prior to placing your order to verify what charges you may incur.


It is very important that you verify that you are able to import the goods that you are looking to purchase, as many countries have strict importation restrictions.

We are not familiar with your countries import laws so it is your full responsibility to education yourself prior to ordering.

Skinfitnesstherapy.com is not responsible items are seized or refused at customs.  Make sure you are aware of any and all fees that may be charged and be capable of paying them when they arrive.

Please be aware that U.S. Customs does have the right to inspect shipments prior to leaving the United States. 

These inspections may incur additional costs which are the responsibility of the customer. All customs clearance, duties and any other fees associated with the importation of your merchandise is your full responsibility.
