Policies
- All returns must be authorized in advance.
- Authorized returns are eligible for replacement or account credit only.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned orders.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
- Because our products contain natural ingredients, color and consistency may vary.
- Products are filled by weight, not volume. Product density may affect how full a jar appears.
- Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.

Shipping Methods
We ship orders through UPS and USPS. All shipments are insured for the full purchase value, and tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Shipping rates vary based on package weight, size, and destination.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico:
- Retail orders: Free shipping on orders over $250.
- Wholesale orders: Free shipping on orders over $600.

International shipping rates do not include customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges that may apply in your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon request.

U.S. Customs may also inspect shipments before they leave the United States. Any additional inspection charges or related fees are the customer’s responsibility.
