Ordering Information

  • All orders will ship within 48—72 hours.
  • Items and sizes not shown on the price sheet may be obtainable and are considered a special order- please inquire. Special orders may take 10—14 days to process.
  • If an item is back ordered it will be shipped out as soon as possible and billed at that time.
  • Only authorized returns will be accepted on a replacement or credit basis.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  • Due to the fact that we use natural ingredients, color and consistency may vary.Note: Products are in jars by weight, not volume. ( The density of the product makes the fills vary.)
  • All returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 fee.
  • All orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Please specify if you need to receive 2nd, 3rd or next day air.
  • All COD’s will be charged an additional $5.00 with shipping.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
  • Professionals can only access our website. When creating an account, you must fax or email us your aesthetician license, medical license or etc. to activate your account.  You will receive an e-mail stating your account has been activated.
